Assistant Registrar

Applications are invited from suitable candidates, who shall possess:

  • A bachelor degree conferred by a recognized university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
  • Eight years post-degree working experience, with exposure in statutory organizations dealing with registration and complaints a definite advantage;
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English, as well as good computer literacy.

The post is remunerated with reference to the Master Pay Scale of the Hong Kong Government (MPS pt. 28 to 33), working on 5-day week, with 21 days annual leave plus medical benefits.

Administrative Executive

Applications are invited from suitable candidates, who shall possess:

  • A diploma or bachelor degree conferred by a recognized tertiary institution in Hong Kong or equivalent, knowledge in accounting an advantage;
  • Five years working experience, with exposure in statutory organizations dealing with registration and general administration a definite advantage;
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, as well as good computer literacy and hands-on skills in MS Access and etc.

The post is remunerated with reference to the Master Pay Scale of the Hong Kong Government (MPS pt. 9 to 19), working on 5-day week, with 14 days annual leave plus medical benefits.
