Invitation to Submit Written Views on "Election Rules of Board Members"

This letter is to invite you to submit written views and suggestions on the revised "Election Rules of Board Members" ( "Election Rules") of the Social Workers Registration Board ("The Board").

The term of office for the current Board Members will expire on 15 January 2019. Election of Board Members for the new term i.e. from 16 January 2019 to 15 January 2022 will be conducted at the 4th quarter of 2018 and eight Board Members will then be elected. The Board has recently reviewed and revised its Election Rules. The election is closely related to every social work colleagues and we would like to invite you to give views and suggestions on the revised document for our reference.

For protection of the environment, please download the soft copy of the "Election Rules" on the Board's web-site (https://www.swrb.org.hk/election2018). If you need a hard copy of the document, please contact the Board office and we will send it to you by mail upon your request.

Written submissions should reach the Board office no later than 28 February 2018. You can submit your views via our website, by email (info@swrb.org.hk) or by post (Address: 27/F., Eastern Commercial Centre, 83 Name On Street, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong).
