註釋

  1. 註冊局在編製此認可學歷名單時，是以當時已獲得的最佳資料為依據的。

  2. 此名單只供參考，註冊局因評核個別用以註冊的社工學歷而行使的任何權力及履行的任何職能，不會受此名單所限。註冊局有權因應情況，修訂此認可學歷名單（包括新增及刪除）。

  3. 在英國獲頒授的社會工作學歷，若為的Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work (CCETSW)（已於二零零一年九月三十日關閉）、其後的General Social Care Council (GSCC) （已於二零一三年七月三十一日關閉）、Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)、Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) 、Care Council for Wales (CCW)或現時承接 GSCC的 Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) 所認可，原則上亦為註冊局認可作社工註冊之用。

  4. 此名單以英國於2003或2004年起採用的新認可機制作界線（視乎地域），分成兩部份。

  5. 列於第一部分的為已關閉的CCETSW和GSCC，NISCC，SCCC及CCW於2003年或2004年或之前（視乎地區）所認可的社會工作課程的相關學歷，該等 “Councils” 向已完成課程的人士發出Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)。持有列於名單內學歷的註冊申請人，須遞交由相關院校頒授的社工學歷的證書副本，以及由前述 的“Councils”（HCPC除外）的任何一間所發出的DipSW副本。

  6. 列於第二部分的是 HCPC （或之前的 GSCC）， NISCC，SCCC及CCW於2003年或2004年（視乎地區）認可的社會工作課程的相關學歷。持有列於此名單內學歷的註冊申請人，須遞交由相關院校頒授的社工學歷的證書副本。

  7. 若有申請註冊人士所持有的社會工作學歷，是經修讀遙距教育課程，或在頒授院校所在國家以外地方開辦的課程而獲得的社會工作學歷，即使該學歷為上述任何一間“Council”所認可，註冊局亦須個別審議該申請。

  8. 由於各地區的 ”Council” 或會隨時檢討其認可準則及更新其認可課程的名單，因此有意到英國修讀社工課程的人士，有責任向有關地區的 ”Council” 查核，其擬獲頒的社工學歷的相關課程在畢業的年份會否被認可。註冊局將視乎情況，即使註冊申請人所持的社工學歷為個別地區的 “Council”所認可，註冊局仍可個別審議該社工學歷。在任何情況下，註冊局對任何已獲上述各“Council”認可的社會工作課程，保留認可用以註冊的相關社會工作學歷的決定權。
