Review of the Roles of Social Work Training Providers on the Training and Development for Social Workers in an Era of Change
The Board has obtained the kind consent from the Advisory Committee on Social
Work Training and Manpower Planning to posting on this forum the report on the
"Review of the Roles of Social Work Training Providers on the Training and
Development for Social Workers in an Era of Change" written by its Task Group on
Training and Development of Social Workers in an Era of Change. The
conveyance of the report is aimed at enlightening fellow workers' on the
challenge and competency requirements of social workers, existing approaches and
measures adopted by training providers, and future direction of training
providers for coping with new service needs and challenges. Members are
welcome to join in the discussion on the forum.
