As stipulated in Section 20 of the Social Workers
Registration Ordinance, the entry in the Register of a
person as a registered social worker shall remain in force
for 12 months from the date when he was registered. To renew
their current registration, RSWs should submit their
applications not earlier than 3 months and not later than
28 days prior to the expiry of the current registration
in the specified form. They may make their applications for
renewal on either of the following online forms and pay the
prescribed fee by cheque or the e-banking
services provided by
selected banks.

In
accordance with the Section 16(3) of the Social Workers
Registration Ordinance, all registered social workers should
within 3 months notify the Registrar of any change in
personal particulars.
